Deposit/reservation provisions:

A reservation is binding with receipt of the arranged deposit (free of charge) according to the booking confirmation; in case of a passing of the delay, allocation to someone else will proceed without further notice;

 
The right of withdrawal according to § 11 para. 1 FAGG is not applicable, the general terms and conditions applicable in the hotel sector are applied instead.

Check In/ Check Out:

Check in: at the earliest 3 pm respectively by arrangement – Check out at 10 am at the latest respectively by arrangement: there will be no price reduction in case of late arrival, early departure or lower occupation; no internal re-letting is permitted

Parking:

Free parking in the ISCHGL PARKING LOUNGE  ^{(On the day of arrival not before 13:00 pm)}

Room cleaning:

Daily room cleaning in the single- double rooms - except Sunday and Thursday; We ask for your understanding and kindness! 

Breakfast Studio:

Individual Euro 22,– per person/day

Bread service:

By request bread-service directly to the apartment- Order to be possible until 18:00 Uhr daily

Service maid:

Free cleaning of the apartment on wednesday at weeks booking (Studio)
Daily towel change on request; (studio)
Daily cleaning of the apartments per day € 15,– (hotelstandard)
Daily cleaning of the room (room)

Endcleaning Apartments/Studio:

Euro 20,– per person/child once

Visitor's tax Apartments/Studio/Room:

Euro 4,00 per Person/ night
child free until 15 year

Surcharge for short stays

For stays less than 4 nights a surcharge for short stays can be charged.

Reduction for children:

Children up to three years free (Excluded End-Cleaning)

Pets:

Due to health reasons pets can unfortunately not be accepted

Payment of various additional costs:

Cash payment only – we accept no debit or credit cards. We recommend a bank transfer before the start of the vacation.
