Guest Information & Booking Conditions
Reservation & Deposit
- Your reservation becomes binding once the agreed deposit (free of bank charges) has been received.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
- Deposits will be retained as part of the cancellation fee.

Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
- No reduction for late arrival, early departure, or under-occupancy.
- No subletting or change of guests during the booked period allowed.
- If arriving after 6:00 p.m., please notify us by phone, e-mail, or WhatsApp.
Parking
- One free underground parking space per unit (single/double room, studio for 2–3 persons).
- Studio for 4 persons: 1 underground space plus 1 outdoor space if required.
- Parking available from 1:00 p.m. on arrival day until 10:00 a.m. on departure day.
- Additional parking spaces available upon prior written request and for a fee, subject to availability.
- No liability for damages.
Services & Extras
- Room cleaning: daily (single/double rooms), except Sundays & Thursdays.
- Bread roll service: delivered to your apartment door; order by 6:00 p.m. via hotel guide.
- Breakfast buffet (Studio): € 24 per person/day.
- Final cleaning fee (Studios): € 20 per person (one-time).
- Children discount: children up to 3 years free (except final cleaning fee in studios).
- Pets: not allowed for health reasons.

- Settlement at the latest one day before departure.
- Cash or bank transfer only (no debit/credit cards accepted).

Cancellation Policy (AGBH)
- Up to 3 months before arrival → free of charge
- 90 to 30 days before arrival → 40% of total price
- 30 to 7 days before arrival → 70% of total price
- 7 to 0 days before arrival → 90% of total price
- Cancellations are valid only in written form and once confirmed by us.
- Deposits are retained as part of the cancellation fee.
- In case of official closure, quarantine, or border closure → no cancellation costs, deposit fully refunded

Other Information
- Lost & found items are stored until the end of the season.
- Applicable law: AGBH – Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.
- Court of jurisdiction: Landeck / Tyrol.
